Sometimes creating new accounts and adding multiple platforms can be overwhelming, BUT it can also be very simple. Please make sure you have your usernames and passwords for the following accounts: MIBOR, Dotloop, G Mail, IXACT Contact, our sign website, business card site, WorkPlace, ShowingTime, and Quantum Mail.
You should have an email in your inbox with your username and passwords for most of these accounts. If you do not have all of them, please reach out to Shelly Trout, email@example.com, and she can assist you in getting them.
You will want to save these accounts/websites as favorites as you will use them often. The can also be easily accessed from the Home page on this site.
*We use Zoom often for online meetings. Zoom accounts are free, and it would be beneficial for you to create a free account.
You will want to consider adding the following mobile apps to your smart phone:
HomeSnap, RPR (Realtor Property Resource), MIBOR, WorkPlace, ShowingTime, Dotloop, IXACT Contact, SentriKey Real Estate, OpCity, and Zoom.
If you have not taken these classes already, you need to sign up for them ASAP:
New Member Orientation, Introduction to Matrix, Add/Manage Listings, Buyer Agent Process, Listing/Market Analysis, Introduction to RPR, and HomeSnap Workshop.
Agents who are serious about their success are serious about their education. Sign up for all of the classes through your MIBOR account.

WorkPlace, made by Facebook, is a key communication platform for our agents. Agents will ask and answer questions, share new listings, ask for and offer open house opportunities, and much more on this platform. This will be a vital resource for your career and will be essential in staying connected. The majority of our agents use the WorkPlace mobile app, but we do have some that will use the desktop version as well.

If you are an experienced agent, we are confident you know how many signs you will need. For new agents, 2 For Sale signs and 5 Open House signs will be a good start. You can always buy more later. If you are an experienced agent, we are confident you know how many business cards you will need. For new agents, 250-500 will be a good start. You can always buy more later. You can order business cards through our online site at the link below.
It is very unlikely that you could site through 1 training session or 1 webinar and retain our processes until the time you need that information. To make sure you have the information when you need it, we have made 3 short videos on some of our processes. You an access these videos at anytime by clicking on "Company Processes" in the navigation bar. For now, familiarize yourself with the location of the videos so that you know where to find them when you need the information.
Your database should be the most important asset to your. business! New agents, get 200 names (with phone, address, and email) in ASAP! Experienced agents, get your contacts imported in right away! . This should take less than 20 minutes, but it is crucial in maximizing your potential.
You will want to attend as many trainings as possible. We have multiple opportunities and platforms for helping you build your business and increasing your knowledge base as a Realtor. Our most successful agents take advantage of training often.
